Who is the commercial version for?
Model Bridge is intended for organisations that review design development through IFC deliverables, including:
- BIM Managers and BIM Coordinators;

- industrial plant and infrastructure teams;
- owners and contractors receiving IFC revisions from multiple subcontractors.

A 14-day Public Trial is available so the workflow can be evaluated using real project IFC files before purchasing a commercial licence.
Purchase options
Standard online purchase is coming soon. The standard commercial licence is intended to be purchased without a mandatory pre-sales contact or VoxelStudio account.
Contact VoxelStudio only when you need a company-specific arrangement, for example:

- offline or restricted-network environments;

Frequently asked questions
Is the price calculated per IFC file or per report?
No. The annual commercial licence includes unlimited IFC comparison projects and generated reports.
Does Model Bridge upload IFC geometry to the licensing service?
No. IFC files are processed locally. The licensing service is used only for licence activation and status functions.
Does the commercial licence include IFC-to-NWC conversion?
No. The current Model Bridge release is an IFC comparison and reporting product. IFC-to-NWC functionality is not part of this commercial licence.
Are updates included?
Yes. Updates released during the active 12-month licence period are included.
Are multi-workstation licences available?
Yes. Multi-workstation and larger company deployments can be arranged separately.
