How it works

From one or many Excel selections to AutoCAD 3D models

    Select one or many flange configurations

    Choose the required NPS, pressure class, pipe schedule and RF or RTJ facing combinations.

  2. 2

    Generate the script set

    The Excel VBA workbook checks every selected configuration and creates a separate .scr file for each flange.

    Run the required scripts

    Open each script in AutoCAD and place the corresponding flange at the required insertion point.

    Review the generated 3D solids

    Inspect every conceptual model and independently verify all dimensions before any engineering use.

Before enabling macros

  1. Download the workbook only from the official VoxelStudio product page.
  2. Compare its SHA-256 with the value above. In Windows PowerShell, run Get-FileHash "path-to-file.xlsm" -Algorithm SHA256.
  3. Review the downloaded file and follow your organisation's IT and macro-security policy.
  4. Enable VBA macros only when permitted and only after verifying the file.
  5. Review the generated .scr commands and resulting geometry before use.

The workbook uses nominal dimensional references associated with ASME B16.5 and ASME B36.10, supported during development by publicly available reference data from Wermac and Van Leeuwen. Mentioning these sources does not imply certification or endorsement.

Is the VoxelStudio Flange Generator free?

Yes. Version 1.3 is available as a free direct download without account registration.

What does the tool generate?

It generates a separate AutoCAD .scr file for each selected weld-neck flange configuration. You can process a single flange or a batch of configurations.

Does it generate a certified ASME model?
